Charming carriage house on very private 8 acres overlooking Walnut Pond. The long driveway takes you past our vegetable/herb garden, a log cabin build in 1789 and across Little Nishisakawick Creek. The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.

Studio in our barn, in the charming river town, just a few houses from the Delaware River. You have your own private entrance as well as sitting area outside. When you step on your porch the river and surrounding property will take your breath away. We have a huge variety of birds, beavers, foxes, deer and many more animals. You can kayak on the river or bike on the trail. Visit New Hope, Lambertville and Frenchtown! *********There is a kitchen but no stove. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and a gas grill outside. Enjoy the ping pong table and wood burning pit outside too.
