This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has a large living/dining room with an open kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace. The interior is stylish-casual. The spacious terrace faces the sea and has sun (almost) all day. To the city center it is a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by streetcar. Bienvenue!

Bleu Azur 3* Ce logement situé au 9ème étage orienté ouest, les pieds dans le sable est proche de tous les sites et commodités, boulangerie, tabac-presse, supermarché, à pieds à 2mn. Gare à 15mn à pieds. Un garage fermé vous permet de garer votre voiture (type 5008, Audi break) en sécurité, motos, vélos. Vacances avec un couple d'amis, de la famille ? réservez mon autre appartement situé au même étage et mitoyen par la terrasse. Voir mon autre annonce.

You will stay in my fabulous apartment, on the Promenade des Anglais, facing the large blue, bright and completely renovated with taste in a beautiful building in Nice. The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it.
