Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Large Mediterranean market 10 minutes north and beach 15 minutes south. Welcome, I will welcome you personally and I could, if you wish, give you directions to the city or the surrounding area. You will find plans and all the good plans corresponding to your stay.

Large, bright, two-room apartment in a 10-min. walk from Old Nice and 15 min. from the Promenade. Close to many facilities (tram/shops outside the building). Equipped kitchen, sheets/towels provided.
