Located between sea and forest, with a magnificent view! The villa is located in Bagnols en Forêt, a quiet village perched in the mountains of Estérel 18 km from the coast (Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël). The house of 264m2, facing south, has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen, mezzanine), a beautiful terrace, a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 beds) of more than 25m2 and a fourth small room (2 beds) of 11m2. Each room has their own bathroom.

Large swimming pool of 10 x 4 m which is heated from mid March to end of October. Can be heated on request outside those dates. Beautiful garden of 1200 sq meter. The house is minutes away from the beach and shops. Ideal for a holiday the villa also has ping pong table, barbecue and petanque .
