It's a quick six minute, two mile, drive to Ascension Northeast WI St. Elizabeth. It's less than 1.5 miles to hiway 441 which can take you anywhere in the city quickly. Downtown restaurants and entertainment are easy to access as well. WiFi as well as basic cooking and eating utensils are provided. There is a small stove and oven in the unit as well.
