Lucia, and near the catacombs of San Giovanni, the Sanctuary and Greek theater, easily reached on foot. The apartment is also 400 meters from the sea. The site consists of a bedroom, a large living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large private courtyard, where you can relax. There are two bikes available. Wi-Fi. Occhi sul Mare Vacation Home, equipped with Wi-Fi, consisting of a cozy kitchen/living room, a bedroom, bathroom with shower and a large balcony overlooking the enchanting Island of Ortigia and the Santa Lucia marina, is furnished and cared for in every detail. "Self Check-In" is active, but I always prefer to welcome my guests in person!!! Upon your arrival, you will find a perfectly sanitized environment, a dispenser with sanitizing gel and sanitizing detergent for surfaces.

The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people and you will find a clean and sanitized environment.
