Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Lovely apartment located in the heart of Ortigia. It consists of: a large kitchen-living room with a fully furnished sofa bed. Bedroom and bathroom with large shower, recently renovated. Wi-Fi connection. All with wonderful SEA VIEWS!! TOURIST TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICE!
