Im Wintergarten darf geraucht werden . Es gibt zwei Terrassen , eine mit Barbequebereich. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Induktionsherd , Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine. Das Haus hat ein Carport sowie weitere Parkplätze auf der Straße . Die Bahnstation ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus schnell erreichbar.

The apartment is 130 square meters and very well located. Just a 5-minute walk from the Rheinenergie Stadium. Only 7 minutes' walk to the bus and train stop, you are in Cologne city center in 15 minutes. Decksteiner Weyer is in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance there is a supermarket, 2 bakeries and some very good restaurants. Very large and sunlit living room. Large bathtub and separate toilet. Quiet apartment + ample free parking right outside the door.
