“Claudia’s place is a great value with excellent hospitality. I work nights and it can be tough to find a good deal out of town. Claudia and Bobby made my trip much easier by providing a clean and welcoming home. Thanks again. I will definitely be back.”
Charming, cozy and off the beaten track of city life. The perfect place for a romantic getaway or a peaceful writer’s retreat. More stars than Hollywood on Academy Awards night! The cabin is a guesthouse on a ¾ acre terraced property with a bedroom and reading area upstairs. Downstairs is a newly renovated bathroom, a kitchenette. Close by the cabin is a chicken coop and firepit.
“All the 5-star reviews before this one are spot on. Susan’s place was cozy and immaculate, she made us feel at ease communicating on our way up, and let us use her lovely yard which was coated in a bit of snow. Truly a magical place. We loved sitting by the fire pit in the afternoon and making s’mores. Susan goes above and beyond as a host and her communication was always prompt and helpful, even before our arrival date. The heating in the cabin is great - there’s a heater upstairs and downstairs, as well as in the bathroom. In short, this is a hidden gem of a cabin. Most folks go for lake arrowhead, Crestline or Big Bear, but this is easily on par with those areas if you don’t care about being right near a lake. I heard from some locals, there are also beautiful hikes just up the road and a great scenic drive up Mt. Pinos. The local restaurants were also delicious! Book this cabin, you’ll love it!”
Enjoy a cozy home in the mountains! 3.5 miles from Interstate 5. Two bedrooms, two full bath with fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and laundry room. Well equipped chef's kitchen, includes a new microwave. Close to the Mount Pinos Recreation Area, Hungry Valley Recreation Area, with a wonderful mountain playground all around. Photograph the wildflowers in Spring, play in the snow in the winter! A great location in the middle of town, short walk to grocery store & restaurants.
“The house is the perfect size whether you're by yourself or with a guest. Everything was clean, neat, and ready for me when I arrived. The fireplace in the master bedroom is wonderful and creates such a cozy space. The master bed is so comfortable, and the jetted tub in the bathroom is such a nice way to relax. There is only one TV in the house and it's in the guest bedroom, but I know I wasn't there to watch TV so it was fine with me. The house has character and is a little quirky, but it made it feel much more genuine. The kitchen has everything you need to make what you want, or just have simple breakfasts before heading out for the day. Location is literally in the middle of the tiny town of Fraizer Park, 5-10 min walking distance to the grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, and even a dollar general. Driving to Fort Tejon only took 10 min and the entire area is so beautiful to explore! It's a perfect little getaway cabin! I'm so glad I booked this location and will be staying here anytime I can visit the area again.”
