Nature Lover's Getaway!

Want to get away from the hustle and bustle of life? This is the place for you! Kick back and relax in this stylish home, far enough out of the city to get away, but close enough to enjoy the benefits of city life. Be aware - the house sits on a .5 mile bumpy dirt road, worth it if you are looking for peace and quiet. Due to the location, the best we can do is a data-limited hotspot for WIFI. So, we added a game room. Pets are welcome. The cost is $30 a night per pet that is paid separately.

We are a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to Raleigh, Louisburg, Wake Forest, Henderson, & Durham. Meet our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats & more. Tours are included for our guests ifAdditional visitors will need to pay a tour fee. Use of the pool is for registered guests only. Events will be considered. The unit is a 700 sq ft apartment over a garage with private entrance. Twenty stairs lead up to the apartment. A pullout couch accommodates 2 younger children or a teenager/adult.

An 1850s cottage listed on the National Register of Historic Places was the Plantation Office for the Massenburg Plantation (Woodleaf). It was restored in 1990 and afterwards, became rental property. This two-story, cozy hideaway has a private drive and patio. Native stone and hand hewn beams in basement bedroom provide an unique stay. Full kitchen, modern bathroom, and washer/dryer. Come and go at your leisure. You will receive a keypad combination a day before your scheduled check-in.

Waterfront right on a beautiful pond! We raise Belted Galloway cattle. Our Farm Stay was built from local reclaimed tobacco barns. We have miles of walking trails, ponds to fish, abundant wildlife, lots of peace and quiet, and beautiful scenery in all directions. We have large grocery store , several local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner only 3 miles away. Please consider staying with us! No dogs please.
