Die Villa Kersdorf liegt auf einem weitläufigen, idyllischen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz - umgeben von Wäldern und Wasser. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

The architect of the building itself is Eduard Knoblauch, and its traditional spirit has been brought back to life after an extensive renovation. Amateur chefs can indulge their passion in the fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen. Nature lovers can enjoy the garden & private terrace and the many opportunities the area has to offer: four lakes within walking distance and many cycle paths through the region.
