Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. The apartment is situated at the foot of a large Victorian house and has been refurbished in the style of a cosmopolitan seaside holiday home. There is ample off-road parking. Liverpool City Centre is only short drive or bus journey away with a host of tourist attractions.

The accommodation is best suited to one or two guests, however, the use of a sofa bed is available for guests not wanting to share or for larger parties for a short stay. The bed is English king size (150 cm wide) with Egyptian bedlinen. Modern well fitted kitchen, bright lounge/diner. Bathroom with shower bath and washing machine. Off road parking. West Kirby Court is in the centre of this vibrant seaside town.

Sea view is less than a 2 min walk to the beach, Marine Lake and the many bars, cafes, restaurants and bistros that West Kirby has to offer. The 2 double bed 1st floor apt is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped and the separate lounge is a perfect place to relax. Guests can request later checkout and where possible we will accommodate.
