Cozy guesthouse/ cottage. The guesthouse is cozy and spacious. The veranda is lovely to sit on. The house has its own private terrace. From the terrace, there is a clear view (of the garden, horse box and meadow). Private use of a private kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Beautifully located in a rural place with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are within walking distance. Supermarket 1.5 km. Schildmeer is 7 km away. The city of Groningen is easily accessible.

In the cottage you live basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, just landscaped food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, chickens, running, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Kom heerlijk tot rust in ons nieuwe ' luxe tiny house'! In lieflijk Eexterveen aan de rand van de Hondsrug ben je er echt even uit en is alles om er op uit te gaan dichtbij! In de omgeving vind je de mogelijkheid voor veel activiteiten zoals natuur, wandelen, zwemmen, kanovaren, vissen, golfen, paardrijden, museumbezoek, winkel en horeca bezoek, steden, fietsen en minigolf. Bekijk hiervoor zeker ook de reisgids. Wij, Nathanael, Pauline, Grace (5) en Sarelie (0) heten je van harte welkom!

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay in the Tiny House among the animals in the Groningen meadows. The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. In addition, you have a beautiful view of Groningen from the cottage, and you can enjoy your holiday/weekend away in peace. Het modern ingerichte huisje ligt aan de rand van Haren en grenst aan een natuurgebied. Het lichte huisje heeft een grote woonkamer met openslaande deuren naar je privé tuin aan het water. Er is een gezellige open haard aanwezig. De ruime keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, in de woonkamer bevindt zich een tv, radio en WIFI. Het huisje heeft twee slaapkamers voor twee personen. Beide slaapkamers hebben een eigen douche.

This cozy saloon car is in the yard between the horses, chickens and geese. Enjoy the simplicity of this nice place with a fireplace, your own kitchen, box bed and 'outdoor' shower and toilet (see photos). The car can be heated by a pellet stove and equipped with all comforts for a restful stay. A made bed, clean towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the price.
