L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. CasaVacanze a Santa Margherita di Pula a 200 metri dal mare. La casa si trova al primo piano di una carinissima villetta bifamiliare, ha giardino con prato verde, 2 sdraio, barbeque e pergola privati , parcheggio interno ombreggiato e doccia esterna. La casa è composta da ampio salone, cucina abitabile, un bagno padronale e tre camere da letto di cui una con un piccolo bagno. Le camere sono due matrimoniali e una con due letti singoli che all'occorrenza possono diventare un unico matrimoniale.

This newly renovated (2024) two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounging on the patio in the large garden. Inside, there's air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a separate study. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, and laundry is easy with a washing machine and tumble dryer. All linens and beach towels are provided!

La casa proposta è parte a sé di una villa più ampia: due bagni, uno "en suite", due camere da letto doppie/matrimoniali, cucina attrezzata, soggiorno affacciato sul patio coperto ed un ampio prato.
