Roam freely through our 120 acres of gardens, farmland and woodlands, or enjoy a guided tour of our grounds and learn of present day efforts to transform our land into a nature reserve.

The Castle Walk

This memorable place is anything but the ordinary. Top notch, high end tiny House in excellent location. Positioned just a stone throw from Roscommon Castle and just a 5 minute walk into vibrant town centre. It is also less than a 5 minute drive to the train station. Our quaint retreat is also right beside the Omniplex cinema. Please notice, it's a tiny house! It has everything you need for a comfortable stay for 2 adults. The Cottage

Beautifully renovated Rural cottage, Located 15 minutes from Roscommon town and 20 minutes from Castlerea. This is a cosy house, fully insulated, with central heating complemented by a solid fuel stove, with kindling, turf and firewood provided for your convenience to provide cosy evenings as the night draws to a close and you unwind for the evening. Ideally located for fishing- river Suck 10minutes away and facilities on site for preparation including locked shed.

The apartment is very peaceful,calm and private and is the perfect base for a relaxing getaway or a longer stay to enjoy Athlone and the Hidden Heartlands. Our self-catering accommodation is located in Ballyforan village Co Roscommon, on the Roscommon/Galway border. Situated right next door to our local country pub, why not come in and join the locals for a drink during your stay with us. We also have Sky Sports to watch that all important match! If you are looking for a few nights away, a break away with friends, a fishing trip, work trip or a central base to tour Ireland we have the perfect place to stay.

The Old Farmhouse

Renovated old farmhouse, a mix of old world atmosphere with modern interior. Cosy rooms and lovely garden to relax/chill out and throw on the BBQ in. 2 km from Athleague village with pubs, shops and a café. Wide variety of walks and fishing/river activities close by, on the suck valley way. Very central - 8 mins to Roscommon, 20 mins to Athlone, 1 hour to Galway and under 2 hours from Dublin airport.
