No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.

Beautiful 26 foot, 2022 Venture Stratus is parked on our private lot just five minutes from the Lincoln Mill boat launch. Our property overlooks Lake Roosevelt with expansive views of the mighty Columbia River. On any given day you can see Turkeys, Deer, Big Horn Sheep and Bald Eagles. I live on 4225 west Crown ave the best way to access crown is off of Assembly take a right as you head East on Crown I am the 5th house on the right and it is red=steel siding, I drive a Red TOY Highlander that is typically in the drive way In the pictures I had a gold TOY Highlander at one time but now I got a red one Because I hit a deer with the gold one.
