I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. Laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement.
