You'll be close to everything with this centrally located place! 500 meters from the sea, 2 minutes walk from the station, 350 meters from the supermarket and 300 meters from the Pharmacy. Large two-room apartment located on the ground floor, consisting of a bright living area with kitchen and double sofa bed, bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower, also for the disabled. Suitable for both couples and families of up to 4! Only small dogs ARE allowed!

Despite being in a super central area of the city, the penthouse maintains a characteristic of calm and tranquility also allowed by the breathtaking view of the nature of the hinterland that can be admired from the large terrace available to the penthouse. The penthouse is less than a 50-meter walk from the Follonica seafront.
