Ce petit chalet très confortable d’après les voyageurs se situe à 600m du centre village et 300m de la navette gratuite menant aux pistes de ski en 10 min (2,5 km). Il dispose d'un espace vert et des places de parking privatives. Vous pourrez également admirer la chaîne du Mont Blanc, les Aiguilles de Warrens et la chaîne des Aravis. A l’intérieur le chalet est agencé en ambiance « loft » avec le coin nuit ouvert sur le salon. Le wifi á été installé durant le mois d’avril 😉 A bientôt

Petit chalet cosy entièrement rénové, au bord de la rivière à l'entrée d'Héry sur Ugine (10min d'Ugine, 25min d'Albertville). Idéal pour un couple voulant se ressourcer à la montagne. Départ de randonnées depuis le village, et proche des stations de ski familiales. A 5min des Rafforts , et à 15-20min des Evettes (Flumet), Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, et Praz-sur-Arly. Jardin ensoleillé avec terrasse, table d'extérieur et barbecue en pierre : idéal pour profiter des belles journées d'été !

A cosy studio

Return to nature, to quiete place and to authenticity!!! Since this cocoon, South facing, you will benefit an exceptional panoramic view to take the breath away (see all comments:). Ideal to leave directly for ski touring since the terrace towards the snowy summits. He is located 100 meters away from the village Boudin (road of col du Pré), of the main road and in 3 kilometers away from Areches. On Wednesday, July 18th, the Tour de France will pass in front of the chalet!!!

Le studio est attenant à notre demeure, une vieille ferme rénovée, à 1250m d'altitude. Au cœur des Aravis avec un panorama exceptionnel c’est le point de départ de splendides randonnées. Idéalement situé entre La Clusaz et Megève, il accueille confortablement 2 personnes. La Giettaz est un village typiquement savoyard qui a gardé son authenticité avec ses fermes en activités et ses beaux chalets. A 3,5 km accès au domaine skiable de Megève « les portes du Mont-Blanc »

Je vous invite a faire une recherche avec le nom du chalet et le village " Saint Nicolas la chapelle " pour mieux me découvrir n'hésitez pas je répondrai à vos questions LES DRAPS DE LIT NE SONT PAS FOURNIS NI LES SERVIETTES DE DOUCHE.

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région du lac d'Annecy et ses montagnes. Vacances sportives ou reposantes... C'est au choix!
