Private 240 square foot guest quarters separate from our house. One bedroom and full bathroom. Directly on the Saint Lawrence River in the American narrows. One queen sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, TV, wifi, table & chairs. Alexandria Bay is 1.5 miles away. This is a No Smoking property, there is a $500.00 fee for smoking on our property. No children under 18. Boat dockage is not available. Sorry no motorcycles. Seasonal rentals from June 1st to September 30th.

Located right next to Rotary Park and only steps from the Riverwalk and public gazebo. And Scenic View Park and the public beach are just down the street. The loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a huge deck with a grill and table for cookouts. There's even a record player and a collection of records to enjoy!
