It consists of 3 bedrooms with 140 bed, one on the ground floor, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a toilet, a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms. As well as a large veranda and a tiled exterior A crib and high chair are available free of charge. Sea is about 900 m away

Beachfront apartment.

Apartment, close to all shops, a large and varied market. 45 m2 corner apartment, 6/8 m to the beach, 10/12 m to the port, south-facing, facing the beaches, the port and the Pyrenees. Very wide beach. The beach is quality certified (blue flag). Around full of nautical activities and more. Ideal for families, couples. In the evening in the heart of ST. PIERRE LA MER, 12/15 minutes walk, funfairs, podiums etc. Buses make trips several times a day to go to Narbonne.

Pleasant studio with loggia, garden and private parking space in a quiet environment. Located on the edge of the channel that connects the port to the old village via the Gruissan ponds, it is close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, market, beach...), all accessible on foot and/or by bike. The apartment has 1 kitchen, 1 living room with its 140*190 2-seater foldaway bed, 2 single bunk beds 80*190, 1 shower room with washing machine, 1 separate toilet.

A cozy sleeping area is presented with a spacious bed featuring light-colored bedding. A decorative wood partition adds a subtle touch separating the sleeping space from a small living area, which includes a comfortable chair and a desk. Natural light fills the room, highlighting the modern decor.

Apartment, completely renovated, located in a large QUIET and wooded pedestrian residence. CLOSE TO BEACH: 5-minute walk to the beach, port and restaurants. Shops nearby (15-20 minute walk, 5 minute drive). Very nice hikes starting from the foot of the building. Self-check-in and cleaning must be done by you at the end of your stay. Cleaning deposit of 10 euro included in the rental price and which will be refunded if the apartment is returned clean.

Quiet apartment, very nice, perfect condition, air-conditioned Secure private parking. 2 adults 2 children Dishwasher, washing machine, pyrolysis oven, microwave, new 160 bed. 5-minute walk to the port and Grazel beach. In the resort, water sports. Many mountain bike trails or hiking in the Clape massif. Water park 5 minutes by car, with relaxation and fitness area, indoor pool, outdoor recreational area with slide and paddling pool.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.
