58/60m2 apartment . 8/10 m from the Page and 10/13 m from the Port . Facing the Pyrenees , the Port and the beach . Very wide and long beach with very fine sand. Possessing the Blue Flag (water quality) . Full of restaurants , breweries and cafe all around the Residence . Very nice appt. with 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 mezzanine bedroom of 13 M2 . You will find all the kitchenware and more . 1 garden furniture + chairs. + 1 Armchair . 2/3 Fans . LOVELY STAY.
