"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has an ensuite with shower, WC, shaving point & wash basin. Private patio and seating. Parking.

The Cottage is a detached dwelling within the grounds of Hoe Farm Cottage. It is accessed via a private farm track at the end of a quiet lane within the unspoilt Hamlet of Flansham. Felpham, Climping, Elmer and Middleton on Sea beaches are close by. Perfect for families or romantic getaways. Both Chichester and Arundel are a 15 min drive from the cottage. Just north of Chichester is Goodwood, Motor Circuit and Racecourse famous for the annual Festival of Speed, Revival and Gold Cup events.

Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. Airbnb guests have the entire upstairs / first floor space, which is exclusively for your use. Access is via the shared front door and hallway. We occupy the ground floor space. A delightful seaside location 250m walk to our sunny Rustington beach. Relax on the beach, swim, wind surf, kayak, paddle board Hike and bike in the South Downs. Come & enjoy :)

Little Willow Cottage

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem ‘ little willow Cottage’ . A unique annex to the rear of our house . Two single cosy beds are up on another level . Steep stairs and height restrictions. My husband is 6’1 and the apex ceiling is just high enough. If you have mobility issues the upstairs may not be suitable for you. Downstairs is a double sofa bed with a large single sofa along with a newly fitted bathroom and rustic kitchen. No cooker I’m afraid there is a microwave.

A recently renovated cottage with a lovely downstairs space and a spacious garden with the potential to use the hot tub if required. It features 2 king size bedrooms, 1 with an en suite and then a separate bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living area and dining table downstairs with a toilet. A travel cot can be supplied if needed. Please ask if you need any extras and we will do what we can to help! The cottage is attached to the main family home but is it’s own separate space.

This comfortable fully equipped self contained holiday bungalow has off road parking right outside. Situated in the garden of our home on a private beach estate, this is a perfect place for a seaside break. The private beach and prom is a 3 minute walk and Tesco express a short distance on foot, close by are cafes, several golf courses and our charming flint walled village. Nearby is the sailing club, Goodwood, Chichester, Brighton and renowned Bailiffscourt Spa Hotel.

Stay in our beautiful 1850’s Coastguards Cottage, which has been totally renovated Being located at the end of the terrace, it has a completely private, but sunny walled garden, yet is a minutes walk from the beach down our private footpath, exiting next to the Lobster Pot restaurant. Original features are in abundance, and the charm and character of the cottage is totally unique, with the modern finishes of a contemporary home in a superb setting.
