From here, there is access to a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun with a view of the garden. This is a unique property, with a history as an artist's home. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a mini oven, and an electric kettle. Coffee and tea free.

There is a large old garden with, among other things, 🍏 fruit trees and two lakes, which you are welcome to enjoy. The entire garden is available, except for the fenced part. A beautiful public beach is 800 meters away.
