Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

Situato al piano terra, sul giardino e sulla vista, molto fresco, in stile toscano: Cucina-soggiorno ben equipaggiata con caminetto; piccolo bagno con doccia ma funzionale. Carino, confortevole, pratico. Arredi da giardino esterni, tavolo, sedie, ombrellone e posto riservato in terrazza panoramica con vista mozzafiato.
