It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. A cosy and quaint space, with everything you need for a beach break- panoramic views from front and back of the flat, a view over fistral beach to the rear, and across the town beaches to the front! Whether you’re curled up in bed or enjoying a cuppa in the front room, the views are stunning. There is on street parking to the front of the property, but it is a central location and spaces are limited. There is a council car park 30m up the hill from the flat, and a privately owned one opposite!

Literally a two minute walk to the beach or a short walk into town where there are an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops.

The flat is in a quiet complex perfect for a relaxing break. It has a balcony overlooking the pool and beach, as well as a private decked garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome but please let us know when booking. There is parking for 1 car. 15 mins walk to town. Suitable for 2 adults plus 1 or 2 children.
