A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? It’s a great location for all that Butte, Alaska has to offer, including the famous Reindeer Farm just down the road. It’s a comfy studio with kitchenette and refrigerator. The Caribou hideaway is a roomy apartment with a queen bed and a pull-out memory foam queen size sleeper. You have room to lounge, play a game, watch a movie, or get caught up on work. A coffee bar, mini-fridge, and microwave are in the room as well. Just outside your door, you are surrounded by beautiful birch trees and plenty of space to stroll along maintained trails and get some fresh air. The property has a firepit and outdoor seating all for your enjoyment.

Nestled between two lakes with some of the best lake trout fishing in the Matanuska Valley, enjoy your stay at our quaint 1940's homestead cabin. Don't worry, we have added modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. Sip coffee at my granny's table while you plan your day, take in the mountain views from your kayak on the lake, and enjoy a cozy evening campfire. Make this cabin your home base as you explore some of Alaska’s top attractions!

Guest Suite -Bigger Than a tiny home

This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.

Cabin style stay with 2 bedrooms 1 full bath. 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds in loft. Full kitchen, coffee pot with coffee, every basic need to cook. 5 minutes from downtown Wasilla. Close to Iditarod headquarters, Selters Bay Golf course, 30 minutes to Hatchers Pass, 1 hour to Talketna, fishing, hiking, breweries, mountains and much more.
