“Floor of a house full of charm, in the middle of the woods. Don and his wife are very kind and friendly. The cleanliness of the accommodation is irreproachable. The house is very close to the beautiful lake. A small kitchen area would have been a plus. Thank you again for this beautiful experience. We enjoyed it very much.”

History and Hollywood meld in Seneca Falls as we're also known as Bedford Falls - Frank Capra's inspiration for the mythical town from "It's a Wonderful Life" steps from America's largest black and white movie museum dedicated to the film. Steps to downtown and Upstate's most photographed iconic Trinity Episcopal Church 4 blocks to Women's Rights National Park & Seneca Falls 1830's Knitting Mill new home of Women's National Hall of Fame opening March 2020. Center of Cayuga and Seneca Wine Trail.
“Amazing location if you're planning on visiting any of the Cayuga/Seneca Wine Trails! Highly recommend Beef & Brew in Geneva if you're like us and need a late night eat- their beef stew was better than any of the fancier bistros we ate at. Shannon is a great host; easy to get a hold if necessary but the stay is very much private.”
