Clean, quiet, surrounded by greenery and at the same time well connected to the center and subways by tram 24 that stops in front of the door. Duomo, Fondazione Prada, Bocconi, Università Statale, Olympic village, Porta Romana can be reached by tram in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful and all services are under the house: food, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy.

Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.
