It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Our farm is located in the countryside and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

We live in the rural 2000 Seelendorf Boisheim, about 10 minutes by car from Venlo and about half an hour from Düsseldorf or Cologne. You can feel comfortable here and breathe, relax or work concentrated - as you like - and enjoy a special ambience with a natural garden that invites you to linger.

Feel at home in our apartment in the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. There is one bedroom (double bed), one private bathroom with shower, one large living-dining room and one large roof terrace. There is also a small cooking area (no kitchen) with microwave, fridge, coffee maker and double stove top. We share the hallway, the HW room and the staircase. My study is on the same floor. Comfortable apartment on the Sturmhof

Since 1987, we have been calling this beautiful, listed farm our home, which we have independently renovated and restored with a lot of love and commitment. Our dogs, a flock of chickens and geese, as well as several horses and ponies, who are allowed to spend their twilight years here, live with us.
