The studio is located on the ground floor of a character house in the village of Linguizzetta, due to its position it offers a breathtaking view of a panorama from the mountain to the sea with the island of Monte Cristo in front, The village is 380 m above sea level and 12 km from the sea and shops. a kitchenette area and a shower room complete this 16 m2 studio. Outside, there's a porch with a table and a garden with armchairs.

Quiet and elegant accommodation for 2 people, located 1.5 km from the beaches. On a 3300 m² property, studio on the ground floor of our house. It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow electric vehicle charging.
