Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Ihr mietet euch hier in ein gemütliches großes Haus ein, in direkter Nähe zum Strand in Sichtweite (800m) und Erholung garantiert. Das Haus ist für 20 Personen ausgelegt, Ihr wohnt in unserer BAUDE dem größten Ferienhaus des Ferienhofs. Das Gruppenhaus ist für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet und hat wo nötig Rampen im und am Haus. Ihr habt einen Grillplatz und eine eine Feuerstelle, sowie Möglichkeiten draußen zu sitzen.

Tag hele familien med til smukke Ærø. Her ligger vores hyggelige byhus i landsbyen Bregninge. Huset er nyrenoveret med nyt køkken, stue med brændeovn, spisestue og et ekstra værelse med en daybed. Der er udgang til ny træterrasse på 25 kvm fra stuen med havkig og direkte adgang fra haven til byens legeplads. 3 værelser på 1. sal. Alle med dobbeltseng. Det ene værelse har eget toilet, et andet har en alkove, hvor der kan sove mindre børn. Det tredje værelse har også en barneseng.

A cosy three bedroom house set in an old orchard, close to the local beach. Downstairs, my place has a large living and dining space with a near new kitchen that looks out onto the enclosed garden. Treat yourself to some time out with a stay under the stars. Our property is located in a cul-de-sac on the floodplains of the Stepenitz. At night you hear nothing but foxes and deer, which sometimes peer curiously over the fence. Hardly a light disturbs the darkness of the night.
