We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. This charming apartment is located on one of the best beaches in all of Valencia, with spectacular views. Exit from the portal directly to the sand. Unbeatable location. On the contrary it is a fourth floor with no elevator as these buildings in the middle of the sand are very hard to find in the current constructions.
