Fantastic seafront cottage, 80 steps to sea and the most beautiful beach, a peaceful nature reserve. Only the moon and stars lighten up in the night. Well known for its rich fish and bird life. "This is a hidden place in Paradise!", according to one of our guests. Excellent living for nature lovers, only 12 minutes drive to touristic resorts Bastad and Torekov. Golfers reach four beautiful courses ten minutes away. If we are at home, we will serve you a full organic breakfast at a small charge.

Wake up to the sound of birds in this contemporary designed well built house, just a short stroll away from the beach and nature reserve. Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. 350m från Farhultbadens barnvänliga sandstrand ligger denna mysiga stuga, 55 kvm + en inglasad veranda med fin sittgrupp. Huset består av 1 sovrum med dubbelsäng, ( där badrummet är) 1 sovrum med våningssäng(undersängen 120cm bred) fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, micro, Vardagsrum med hörnsoffa, Öppen spis, strykbräda och strykjärn, hårtork finns, fri Wifi, det finns även Cromecast, lakan och handdukar ingår, även städning. Separat dusch och toalett finns även i tvättstugan på tomten.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Nyhamnsläge - i hjärtat av Kullabygden I hjärtat av Kullabygden ligger den pittoreska fiskeorten Nyhamnsläge. Här kan du njuta av strand och bad och härliga utflykter till Kullaberg. Vandra på berget, upplev tumlarsafari, turridning och dykning och besök Kullens många gårdsbutiker, restauranger, caféer och vingårdar.

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Upstairs, a double bedroom and 2 beds on the landing. Terrace for sunny days. Ideal for sea and nature lovers. Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
