One floor flat in a gated complex with a Heated Seawater Swimming Pool and a 12 meter Hot Water Relax Pool, in a very quiet neighbourhood and with a Professional "omada" Wifi Network, ideal for relaxing or teleworking. 10 minutes from two of the best beaches on the island and next to a fishing village with fantastic local restaurants. Very well equipped to make you feel at home. This small one-storey apartment is located in a private complex of 11 units by the sea.

The apartment complex offers 3 pools, a Poolbar, Tennis- and Football courts. The apartment and the whole complex are barrier-free. There is a large number of parking spaces available. You can also enjoy the holiday experience with a variety of bars and restaurants in this quiet and central Apartment.
