The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This villa has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a queen bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is additional sleeping space in the villa, comprising a double sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower. Linen, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Trefillan is our 5 bedroom home 200m from the beach, next to Swanpool nature reserve on the outskirts of Falmouth. Recently renovated with huge open plan cooking dining and lounge. South facing patio, table tennis room and sea views. 3 rooms with king size beds, 1 with a double bed and a 5th (very large) room with double bed and additional double and single mattresses. Suitable for 10 adults or families with children. Large garden, parking, WiFi, 65" Sky TV, PS4 etc. Quiet area.

The entrance to the lodge features double glass doors framed by red wooden accents. Hanging planters add greenery, while stone-clad columns provide texture. A neatly maintained pathway leads to the inviting entrance, with manicured grass and picnic tables visible in the surrounding area.
