In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Frisch renoviert, bietet unser charmantes Townhaus auf 80qm genügend Platz für einen erholsamen Aufenthalte einer ganzen Familie in Potsdam. Neben 2 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer, einer modernen Küche, einem Badezimmer und einer Gästetoilette, gibt es noch einen kleinen Garten inkl. Terrassenbereich, sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze. Alle Räume sind eben und auch mit einem Rollstuhl gut erreichbar. Freies W-Lan, 2 LED-TV´s mit Netflix und Prime Video stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

Lakefront oasis in Berlin-Kladow with private jetty and private water access. The house has bedroom, open and fully equipped kitchen/kitchen and a bathroom. Free parking in front of the property. Berlin's cleanest swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car to the Ku'damm or in 15 minutes to Potsdam. Well connected with public transport, supermarkets and bakeries close. We rent our nice little cottage 27m2, 2min walking distance from Wandlitzsee to Strandbad 3min to Surfyng club about 5min, 500m from Wandlitzsee BHF. Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere. We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 2 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a couch in the living room where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Berlin. The neighbor runs a farm and has sheep and poultry (which are unfortunately up early).
