Charming 20th century villa with pool in central Varberg

Welcome to our cozy renovated 20th century villa which is close to the grocery store and only 15 minutes walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the sea. Lovely secluded garden with heated swimming pool and several “rooms” such as patio, lounge section under pergola and orangery. The pool is about 27-28 degrees and built 2018. A large Webergrill is located. The house is charmingly decorated with vintage and design classics. The house of about 220 sqm has 10 rooms and kitchen distributed on 3 floors. There are 6 bedrooms with 12 beds.

Spacious house right by the beach that can easily house a larger group or two families. Pool is a perfect option for cloudier days. Large deck with room for dinner at sunset. Right in front is a nice and quiet sandy beach that is popular for families with children as well as surfers, a short walk north a small fishing harbor, bike trails and beautiful nature. The house is located just north of Falkenberg and south of Varberg with close proximity to excellent food destinations, excursions, golf, etc.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Perfect house if you like an active life. On the grounds there is a pool, trampoline, soccer goal and basketball basket as well as toys that fit both on the beach and on the lawn. In the garage there are ping pong tables and a small gym. There are bicycles available for big and small. 5 minutes walk to the beach and a playground is around the corner. It is cycling distance to the grocery store and restaurants.

Welcome to Longbeach Life, our very own oasis here on the west coast. Our spa complex contains a beach villa and a beach cottage. Longbeach Life is located between Skrea and Tylösand at Kattegatt and has only 250 meters to our beach Långasand. Our plot is enclosed with sea views and nature reserves and our garden is generously surrounded with many spaces to socialise to make memories. There is access to pool, spa bath, infrabastu, cold bath, fire pit and garden patio.

Space for the whole family, with extra amenities like heated outdoor bath, fireplace as well as exercise area with weights. Sea view and large patio for cozy socializing together. Rural feel, but cycling distance to town, about 7 km and just over 3 km to the beach. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large social areas even indoors. Cat is in the home and would love to get food and get let in some evenings. Otherwise, he's mostly outside.

Large villa with heated pool near the sea in Varberg

A large house that easily accommodates 2-3 families. Walking distance to lovely salty baths and cycling distance into the summer town of Varberg. The house has several lovely patios that offer sunlight from morning to night. In addition to the 4x8 m heated pool (May - September) there is plenty of room for socializing and playing in the garden with a large trampoline as well as two playgrounds within walking distance.
