Newly built villa near the sea and golf

The house is quiet, child-friendly and close to nature just south of Falkenberg, with barely 3 km to the nearest beach and with several beautiful beaches close by such as Skrea beach and Långasand. If you want to hike, there is Vesslunda nature reserve close by, and running tracks are nearby. Beautiful Falkenberg golf course is just over a kilometer away. For those interested in food, there are many options, for example, well-known Lilla Napoli. Ullared mall can be reached in half an hour. The house is new and fresh with all the comforts.

Here you live next door to Falkenberg's beach bath with amazingly nice spa and restaurants, and only 80 meters to the beach. Fresh and cosy apartment in house of 60 sqm open to nock. Open floor plan with small kitchen and dining area, large living room area with fireplace, sleeping loft, toilet and shower. There is an extra bed, washing machine with dryer, flat screen TV with Apple TV, and audio PR speakers. The apartment has AC. Patio with barbecue grill. Final cleaning is not included, but you can book. Include towels and beds.

Södra Näs - Varberg's gold position

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

With us, you live in a rural location in our farmhouse Brygghuset. Please note that the cottage is located ON the farm where we ourselves live and do business/work. Here in the yard there are cats, dogs, chickens, and Icelandic horses. In Fegen there are good opportunities to experience lovely nature, hiking, fishing, mushroom and berry picking or skiing, or just enjoy the view from the terrace or of a fire in the fireplace? The living area of 80 sqm is on one level and consists of combined living room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as larger toilet with shower and washing machine. 50 m2 terrace with barbecue, dining area and sofa group in position with evening sun. Large and lush garden with a lot of flowers.

Cozy cottage near the sea!

The cottage is in a quiet and good area and only 400 meters to the nice sandy beach in Olofsbo. It is bright and open with living room, kitchen, toilet with shower and two bedrooms. There is a large wooden deck and several patios for both morning sun and evening sun. There is access to both barbecue and two bikes. Walking distance to restaurant, grocery store, pizzeria, pub, campsites and marina. A wonderful place!

Hey! My little red tiny house is located in the Swedish forests of Halland. So if you love it really quiet and close to nature, this is the right place. Not far from the sea and the capital of Halland Halmstad, the small village lies in the middle of the woods. Small lakes, forests, a large river, nature reserves with hiking trails can be found in the area. Nature lovers get their money's worth.
