The hot tub is maintained at 37° Celsius (98.6° Fahrenheit) and is in operation all year round, and there is also a sauna. In Villa Viken there is something for everyone! There is also the option to charge an electric vehicle. In the master bedroom you sleep in a 180 cm wide bed. Bedroom 2, 160cm wide bed. Bedroom 3, 160cm wide bed. Bedroom 4, 55-inch bed. With car, you can quickly get to Ullared, Gothenburg, Helsingborg and others. The villa has three spacious bedrooms as well as a simpler guest room. There is a fireplace, sauna and two bathrooms plus bathtub. For the children there is a trampoline and football goal.

On the property, there is a swimming pool, trampoline, soccer goal and basketball hoop as well as toys that are suitable for both the beach and the lawn. In the garage there is a ping-pong table and a small gym. There are bicycles for adults and children. 5-minute walk to the beach and a playground is around the corner. It is cycling distance to grocery store and restaurants. The house also has a cat, Celso, who is included in the rent :)
