A short walk from the Fairgrounds and UMN's St. Paul campus, you have easy access by transit or highway to all of the Twin Cities. Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

This charming residence boasts 4 bedrooms, all on the upper level, perfect for families or groups seeking a memorable stay. Enjoy the ease of essentials and stay connected with high-speed wireless internet while exploring the vibrant surroundings.

Modern, stylish, kid friendly 3 bed, 1 bath home.

Our home is within walking distance of the MN State Fairgrounds and Como Park! Perfect if you are a fan of the fair or have a wedding/event at the Como Conservatory. This space doubles as a photography studio and has tons of natural light. We highly recommend taking a soak in the clawfoot tub. It doubles as a shower, please use inner curtain. Not the best fit for mobility issues. This home was built in 1900, so it has the old charm and woodwork, but AC/Heat and modern amenities.

This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

However, only one group stays on the property at a time, by either renting this smaller space or by renting the entire house.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood!!
