Located in a quiet and clean neighborhood, walking distance from Strong Memorial Hospital(~7min), University of Rochester(~12min), Mount Hope Cemetery(~2min), and College town (~5min) (we do have some grest restaurants here - Chipotle, Pellegrinos, Moe's, Taichi, Pita, Bunga Burger, insomnia cookies, Texas-de-brazil). 5 min drive to south wedge. 10-15 mins drive from the Rochester international Airport
“Sreejith's place is nice for a cheap place to stay! The room is simple, with a comfy bed, closet, and desk. You share the upstairs bathroom with Sreejith. Since it's in a condominium, the wall you share with the neighbors is quite thin, and you can easily hear kids running around and sometimes crying during the day. However, it isn't too bad, and you easily get used to it. Sreejith is very hospitable and always made sure we had everything we needed upstairs. We also loved playing with and petting Luna, his sweet and energetic dog! Overall, a great stay with a good location and price.”

“Margaret was a wonderful host and the place is simply amazing - the view of the bay is stunning and the kayaks and paddle board are a great way to experience the bay. We had some car trouble and was forced to stay in town for an extra day and a half waiting the car to be fixed, and Margaret was very understanding and accommodating with our troubles letting us use her property as a base while working out our problems. We can highly recommend this place and if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come here!”
