Recently remodeled and updated, very clean. (I'm enrolled in the Airbnb covid cleaning program and the studio is also on its own ventilation system.) Excellent for solo business travelers/students looking for a quiet retreat or to quarantine. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood west of the UC Davis campus, with easy access to bus lines, greenbelt parks, stores, restaurants, and bike paths. Easy 10-minute bike ride to campus. The house has a great location being only a 30 minute drive to Napa and a 45 minute drive to downtown San Francisco. You may also take a ferry to San Francisco which takes 1 hour. Supermarkets (Safeway), restaurants and other shopping establishments (Target, Costco, etc) are all within a 10-15 minute drive away. Starbucks and McDonald's are walking distance.
