Unique 100 year old villa, central location

This house, built in 1926, is easy to get to by public transport, car or bicycle. Cattle shops and cafes are within walking distance. The potted villages of Billnäs and Fiskars are within cycling distance, and you can quickly reach Tammisaari and Hanko by train. You have access to the downstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and laundry room. The owner lives in the upstairs apartment. Affordable transportation to events in Billnäs and Tammisaari by prior arrangement.
