Former pavilion of the guard, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, registered in 2008 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the entrance of the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts like Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent units, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented.
