The House of Black & White is a great base to explore North Devon’s wonderful beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The historic market town of Great Torrington in my opinion is a little gem of a town full of friendly people.

This is a recently renovated terrace house with the back garden Steps leading right onto the beach. The Views are amazing!! where you can enjoy a BBQ with friends and family this is a perfect place to spend time together The Train station and town are just a 5 minute walk away, with the Marina just around the corner. The Seafront, restaurants and bars just 5 minutes walk too. Residents parking has been introduced in our area but there is a long stay car park at the top of the road.
