Enjoy staying in this well located one bedroom upside down house on the edge of the village of Lympstone. Walking distance to village pubs, shop, train station, estuary and cycle path. Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. It is tucked away in a little lane, on a ground floor of a small Victorian cottage. Left of the shared hallway, it opens into a spacious, light and warm hideaway with fully fitted open plan kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a lovely, private patio garden. This is a friendly, safe house and you can bring a well behaved dog with you.
