Large, quiet, tastefully decorated: The apartment with a bedroom, a living room/bedroom and a large kitchen is located on the 2nd floor of our beautiful townhouse in the green Gelsenkirchen-Buer district between the forest and the center. The arena is 2 km away, and the city of Buer with many restaurants, shopping, a cinema and a museum is also within 1 km walking distance. The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions and bike tours throughout the Ruhr area. The apartment is located in the middle of the 3 IGA 2027 locations.

Additionally, there are all sorts of shopping opportunities. The apartment is ideal for both a relaxing vacation and as a base for attending events.

The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.
