Mojito Island Cottage

Update: In September 2022 we were affected by Hurricane Ian. We had just over 5 feet of flooding in our treasured cottage. We have worked tirelessly to put everything back together. All new tile, walls, electric, lighting, furniture, and we even improved the bathroom! Spacious tropical home with water view from our back yard lanai. Boat Dock with Cleaning Fish Station, BBQ beautiful sunsets with fish jumping in our canal. New large kitchen and one block from art galleries, restaurants and bars.

The Cottage is located about 45 min. South-West of Downtown Miami in the Redland Farming district along the eastern boarder of the Everglades National Park. Roughly the size of a two-bedroom apartment, it stands alone in the south-east corner of the property. Surrounded by trees, and many types of orchids, Bromeliads, and other exotic plants. Privet, and off the beaten path, the Cottage is perfect for those who wish to stay away from town, yet be close for day trips to most all attractions.

My 4/3 home is in the area known as the "Gateway to the Keys". Enjoy a comfortable stay for 10 people in 4 bed rooms. Great place for families & travelers. Very comfy home, & the back yard has the feel of a true tropical paradise. Good WIFI My cleaning crew & I work very hard to keep it clean and sterile due to COVID. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS & NO DJs. Our cottage is located in a very quiet residential area, 15mn to the beach (Bal Harbor area).20mn from both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airports, Located in the backyard of the main house but separate and with an independent entry. Enjoy our tropical garden and beautiful pool, in the back of our house. Share with owner only, we give priority to our guests to enjoy it! Parking available in our front yard.
