In a beautiful bucolic setting and by the water, an atypical and inspiring accommodation: the stables of a mill on the Eure. The sound of the river, the song of the birds, the 13th century mill are there for a total change of scenery. The river lends itself to a short swim, a kayak ride or a fishing trip. Housing built in 2020 made from a shipping container. You have 28 m² with a living room, fitted kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge, range hood and Nespresso), one bedroom and one bathroom. If the weather is mild you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture that overlooks a small private courtyard. Parking space included and free street parking and right next to a bus stop allowing you to go to the city center in five minutes.
